Make the most of spring by cooking up a feast with the best seasonal ingredients Italy has to offer.

Using Kent College’s newly refurbished Food Technology kitchens, Leiths Cookery School instructors will show you how the Italians harness the fresh flavours of spring to create an amazing spread of dishes that you will want to cook throughout the season.

Leiths Cookery School was founded by Prue Leith, one of the UK’s best known chefs and judge on the Great British Bake Off. Leiths is considered to be one of the best cookery schools in the world. Kent College is proud to be one of the select number of schools in the country to work alongside Leiths.

The £95 fee includes all ingredients and a take-home recipe folder. (Our standard cancellation policy applies to all cooking courses. Cancelling within 5 days of the start of the course, you will still be charged.)
