Headmistress Sally-Anne Huang commented:
“This was always going to be an interesting year with the introduction of the A star at A level. However, I've been really pleased to see this as a genuine discriminator as some of our truly exceptional girls have received credit for their abilities. I have also been relieved to see A stars across the range of subjects here at KC, including English, Art, IT and Languages in addition to Maths and the Sciences where we were confident that the published criteria would be met.
With over 45% of all grades at A* and A, we remain proud of our excellent results. However, as always, I am keen to draw attention to the range of successes and future plans our girls have. That we can produce Oxbridge linguists and scientists, economists, nurses and doctors all from our own sixth form is a real source of pride.”
